Paid Vacation

Vacation time is awarded to full-time employees at each anniversary date as follows:
1 - 9 years of service 10 vacation days
10 - 14 years of service 15 vacation days
15 years or more 20 vacation days

Rental Discount

Case & Associates allows employees to have a discount for living on a corporate property based on availability.

Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our group insurance plans. New employees are eligible on the first of the month following the completion of the 60-day waiting period. Currently, Case & Associates is paying 70% of the insurance premium. The employee's cost is paid with pre-tax dollars through a Section 125 plan. Free company paid Life Insurance is available to all employees enrolled in group medical plans.

Supplemental Benefits

Case & Associates offers supplemental life insurance, Pre-Paid Legal and AFLAC policies. Employees are eligible to enroll in these benefits on their first day of work.

Employee Assistance Program

Case & Associates offers an Employee Assistance Program free to employees and dependents. The EAP program is confidential and assists with marital, financial, legal emotion, drug and alcohol issues.

401(k) Savings Plan

Case & Associates provides a 401(K) savings plan where employees may save and invest pre-tax dollars up to 15% of their compensation towards retirement. Employees may participate in the plan on either January 1 or July 1, after completing 12 months and 1,000 hours of service. Employees must be 21 years of age to participate. Case & Associates may match part of the employee’s investment, the match amount is discretionary and will be determined at the end of the plan year.

Sick Leave

Employees are awarded 6 days per year for sick leave.


New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Also after twelve (12) months of employment, employees are allowed a personal holiday on their birthday.


Based on the discretion of the company, employees may become eligible for performance based bonuses.
