- Answer incoming calls
- Call leads as soon as they come in
- Keep showroom clean and organized
- Coordinates walk-in leads and disperses the leads as required. Be a sales representative for walk-in leads as appropriate. Schedule appointments, as necessary.
- Track orders and delivery schedule of product
- Maintain project schedules and respond to clients as necessary
- Print off invoices, proposals etc.
- Coordinates and mails welcome packets and thank you cards as jobs are closed.
- Input, track and maintain notes in a CRM database.
- Getting supplies from local suppliers
- Order collateral and keep track of inventory
- Perform any other job duties that are required
- Help setup and work Home Shows as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- Computer and smartphone proficient.
- Highly motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to details.
- Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
- Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This job is part time with a somewhat flexible schedule totaling around 25 hours a week. Compensation will vary based on experience $9-15 per hour.
Kitchen Tune-Up Louisville is independently owned and operated locally.
