Responsibilities Job Summary: Our Health Technology Solutions department (HTS) is currently in need of a Data Architect to join our team. The candidate will help us enhance and maintain our Symphony HealthCloud Commercial Data Management Platform. This includes participating to the development of our industry connectors and APIs, data hub environments, meta data and data dictionaries, data transformation, enterprise data warehouse (EDW), and analytics data marts. The position requires working experience in environments such as HDFS, RDBMS, and Graph Databases (a plus). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Development of connectors to our data hub Enhancement and maintenance of our data hub solution Development of quality control processes and workflows Collaborate with our python developers to create real-time data onboarding APIs. Collaborate with our data scientists to develop machine learning models Enhance and maintain of our Commercial and Clinical Industry BI data marts Qualifications Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and 1-2 years’ experience. Experience with RDBMS environments (Redshift and Oracle a plus) Experience with HDFS environments, Data Hubs, and Data Platforms. JavaScript development skills and experience. Experience designing and deploying BI data marts. Experience with AWS a plus. Experience working with HealthCare and/or Life Science data. Exposure to BI platforms (Qlik Sense and Tableau) is a plus. Travel Requirements No travel is required at the beginning but might be up to 25% of the time as we launch new products.
