Performing labor duties relating to manufacturing concrete building products that may include setting up forms, pulling, cutting or tying steel strands, pouring and finishing concrete, using various hand or power tools, reading blueprints, lifting, or moving up to 50 pounds. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setting up forms for concrete (learn form carpentry)

Pull, cut or tie steel rods (learn to be a rod buster)

Pour and finish concrete (learn to be a concrete finisher)

Reading blueprints and use a measuring tape

Learn how to operate a cutting torch

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must have prior experience working outdoors in the heat for long hours.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• This position is a contract to hire after 90 days of good performance, it could be extended
