Your primary focus will be increasing high-quality organic traffic to our websites that leads to new customer acquisition, as well as engaging with our current members. You will own our organic social media accounts and strategy, company blog, and brand voice.
We are looking for an agile, results-driven, detail-oriented digital marketer to own the direction and execution of our strategic growth efforts to increase brand awareness for multiple brands, qualified lead generation, and member sales.

Objective forthe Digital Marketing Manager
Digital marketing manager will specialize in creating and executing an organization’s online marketing campaign, via email, social media, or paid advertising, affiliates and partners.
A primary job duty is sourcing new leads and platforms to increase an organization’s website traffic and sales. Responsible for ensuring streamlined message delivery across multiple platforms and brands. Other job responsibilities may include creating content for email and social media campaigns, newsletters, analyzing but creating return on investment (ROI) and consumer data, and adjust campaigns as needed. Digital marketing manager will also collaborate with graphic design, and production personnel.
Have exceptional writing skills and can develop fresh ideas that align with the company’s goals and values. Your equal parts creative and analytical, and are adept at blending customer intelligence, storytelling, trend analysis and up-to-date marketing technologies and platforms to craft world-class original content. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
Develop and monitor campaign.
Write copy for sales pages and campaigns.
Direct response copy writing and email copy.
Plan and manage our social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
Implement video media into amazon, Netflix, apple, and other media outlets.
Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
Maintain email list for best deliverability.
Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies.
Collaborating with finance staff to set and stay within budget.
Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
Work with team in directing monthly content needed for members and social media.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
5 years Copy writing experience.
Solid understanding of HTML, or page builders.
Solid experience with site builders, CRMs, online marketing tools
5 years’ experience with Google adwords and analytics
