Guest Services Attendant; Seasonal Full Time

The Guest Service Attendant bus be adaptable to work in multiple areas. They will greet guests upon arrival, assist with luggage during arrival and departure, make necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms and deliver hotel packages and parcels. They will be responsible for maintaining the flow of the front drive, parking guest cars and assisting guests with any needs.

This position will also be responsible for all skier services. This includes driving the skier shuttle and ensuring guest skis are transported to the lifts. They will greet guests into the skier space and assist them with their needs as they get ready to depart for the lifts. This could include providing general information about the mountain along with the weather and grooming report. They will maintain the cleanliness of the space and ensure that all food and beverage and other items such as maps are stocked.

Candidate must be extremely guest focused and have excellent presentation skills, communication skills (both verbal and written), and guest service skills; previous experience in a luxury environment preferred; bi-lingual skills strongly preferred. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, and able to work weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the Vail area and experience skiing or snowboarding. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Applicant must be willing to work outside and in inclement weather conditions. Must possess valid United States driver’s license.
