Job Location: Can work anywhere in the US remotely with travel to Xiamen, China
Compensation: $100K – $200K+ base Depending on Experience

Our company provides world-class wafer foundry services for III-V compound semiconductors and offers high quality processes with exceptional service. Our optical communications and photonics division offers wafer fabrication for customized singulated VCSELs and arrays, DFB/FP lasers, photodiodes, avalanche photodiodes (APDs), monitor photodiodes (MPDs), and other high-speed optical products. Capabilities include high-power visible & infrared VCSELs and edge-emitting lasers for Datacom, 3D sensing, Lidar and several other consumer applications.

Our Headquarters is based in Xiamen, China, but we are now looking to expand our team of Laser Technologists/experts based in the US. These opportunities will be based in the US working remote with routine travel to our headquarters in China. We are now actively interviewing for the following areas:

– III-V Wafer Processing Technology – Gallium Arsenide (GaAS) VCSELs & Photodiodes, as well as Indium Phosphide (InP) DFB/FP Lasers & Photodiodes
– III-V Device Design/Product Engineering – GaAs & InP-based VCSELS, DFB/FP high-powered lasers, and photodiodes

– Help develop our Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) & Indium Phosphide (InP) wafer processing technology, optical device design (VCSELs, DFB/FP Lasers, & Photodiodes), and epitaxial wafer growth.
– Help grow our market share in the III-V Optical Device market for consumer & industrial applications including: High-Speed Optical Transceivers for Data Centers, as well as 3D Sensing, Lidar, and Medical applications.What You Need for this Position
