• Assist customers with complaints and provide resolution

• Respond via Chatbot

• Listen to customers feedback and respond appropriately via web

Qualifications:

• Must be able to type 40 WPM

• Must be have own equipment – Laptop, or desktop with Windows 10

• Must be Customer Service oriented

• Must be able to work 3rd shifts, and weekends
