Appointment scheduling, sample acquisition, data analysis, and cell sorting of flow cytometry samples on a daily basis; routine calibration, record, and inventory maintenance at the facility; evaluation of new instrumentation and software relating to the facility; documentation and communication of facility education; facility data maintenance and archive; application and facility project assistance.
