We will train the right individuals for this role. No banking experience is necessary. If you have customer service experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new things quickly, this is a great opportunity to join our new branch coming soon to Tiffin.

As a Universal Banker you will be trained on a wide variety of duties that will allow you to assist our customers with their banking needs.

Some of the job responsibilities include:

• Process teller transactions
• Open and close a variety of consumer and business accounts
• Analyze financial data and offer bank product and service solutions
• Evaluate credit applications and make consumer loans
• Cross-sell all bank products as service based on customer needs
• Provide quality, personalized service
