The Boys and Girls Club of Fayetteville is seeking exciting individuals to join our team!!! Our goal is to provide a safe place during the out of school time hours, where children are provided with opportunities to reach their full potential and encouraged to pursue their dreams.
– Work as a team with other staff members to ensure all children are well cared for and supervised at all times.
– PARTICIPATE in all activities with children. Encourage and facilitate participation in all activities by implementing appropriate strategies, such as visual structure and reinforcement systems.
– Ensuring children are learning positive behaviors and providing guidance or approved discipline, as needed.
– Maintaining a safe workplace by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and reporting concerns to staff and parents.
– Assist with virtual learning of students.
– Adhere to CDC/ Organization guidelines concerning COVID-19
Length of employment:
– January 11th, 2021 – June 11th, 2021 (Holidays will coincide with Fayetteville Public School Holidays).
– Available hours Monday- Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm (will depend upon student’s availability to work)
